• If an idea caught your interest and you went with it or you built off it or it sparked another idea and you, a Doer, made some money or achieved some other personal reward or success—why not give something back to the Brainstormer who posted the idea. Money, a free sample, season tickets, a t-shirt, whatever.

What a concept—take an idea for free—donate something only if you want to.
