OK, let’s say you are a celebrity who likes to party into the night but hates being swarmed and bombarded with lights from all the cameras videotaping your mug and your date.
So what’s a celeb to do? Well let’s start with the anti-paparrazi hat that emits a sharp beam of light into the camera that messes up the film (or somebody will have to edit those beams of light out) as well as making the photog see spots for a while–just long enough for you & your squeeze to make a getaway.
Maybe there’s a pulsing or constant beam of light (I like the pulsing). I don’t know, maybe both settings. You’d have to experiment and see what works best to get the job done, i.e. keep the camera lights out of your eyes and back into the annoying photographer so he gets a taste of what it’s like.

You could attach a slave flash to the hat so that it triggers the flash of light when its sensors pick up the light from the photog’s flash. That’s what I would do.
